WilliamsWonder.com has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website.
WilliamsWonder.com will protect the confidentiality of its customers information, account information and personal communications to the fullest extent possible. We do not in anyway keep records of clients nor any information created when visiting this site. Client information is kept private during any transactions and deleted (destroyed) once that transaction is complete. Records are kept on orders using clients initials, city, state, date posted and item codes ordered. Please make sure to include these details when emailing us about any problems. Make sure to keep your email set to include all past conversations to help us keep track.
Replacement Policy: Any item received that is damaged will be replaced if sent back to us in the sealed container. This warranty is void if the packet has been opened.
Missing Order Policy: If your order is missing, we have a waiting period, usually 5 to 7 weeks. Letters are usually returned because a wrong address or wrong name is used. It can take up to five weeks or more for a letter to be returned to us, with that in mind we strongly advise that you be patient, so we can quickly help resolve the problem.
Please do not send us multiple emails for the same issue. Duplicate emails do not move you up the queue they only slow support down with having multiple requests for the same issue. Thanks!
